• No returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit your content in order to operate the Service.

5. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tangerine is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. Our total liability for claims is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lima.

All payments made to Tangerine are one-time, final, and non-refundable.

There are no exceptions to this policy. Payments, subscriptions, or purchased access are considered final sales.
